What's available to help me quit?
Nicotine Replacement Therapy -
Many health professionals believe that NRT is a much safer option for a growing baby than the 4,000 chemicals they are exposed to if you smoke. The nicotine in NRT is thought of as 'clean' nicotine and is present in smaller doses than the amount taken in when smoking. Using NRT makes the chance of a successful quit attempt higher.
