Accessing the Stop Smoking Service

To help you access the service we also offer the following:

Text messaging service
You can text the following to 81025:

LANG: plus the language you would like to be called back in
FLYER: if you are contacting the service from an advert in a flyer or leaflet
YOUNG: if you are 16 years and under
SMOKE: for any other way you heard about the service

Translation/Interpretation Service
If your first language is not English the service can provide you with a translator to set up your appointment and an interpreter for follow up appointments.

Sign Language Service
You can bring a member of your family or friend or the service can provide a British Sign Language signer.
